Immigration Law
We provide a full range of advice connected with corporate and individual immigration related problems as well as advising on Nationality matters. Where appropriate, in addition to the giving of advice, we will prepare and present entire applications to the relevant Government departments and Overseas British Missions.
The Immigration and Nationality Law Department provides Advice in a number of areas and often conducts in cases of appeal, its own advocacy before the Adjudicator and Immigration Appeal Tribunal.

Application for Self Employed for nationals of Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia whose Governments have entered into the association Agreements with EU
Working Holidaymaker Application to overseas British Missions
Permission to Enter or Remain for those are Family member of those living and working in the
Application for Family Re-union
Application for Refugee status
Application for British Citizenship
